He's the most underrated player in the NFL IMO. I'd be shocked if they don't come to an agreement but in the event that he doesn't take the pay cut and becomes available, I doubt we could afford him. I never ever think like this but I don't want Dockett going anywhere. He bleeds Cardinal Red and I'd overpay to keep him. With that said, I'd love to have the guy. Better than Dockett and as good as Campbell IMO. He's three years older but can also play end or nose.

Supposedly, he was who we were targeting the year we took Leinart. Bsltimore snagged him up one slot ahead of us iirc.

Underrated?? How so?? Never heard anything but MASSIVE praise for the guy and been referred to as one of the best if not the best DT in football for years????

I heard his college coach talking about him on the radio once. He said when they scrimmaged, they had to keep Haloti on the sidelines. He was so disruptive, the offense couldn't get anything accomplished with him on the field.

He's one of my favorites just a monster on the field and by all accounts a great guy off the field. When healthy the best DT in football. I seen a work out video of him on bleacher report the stuff he was doing just wasn't human. He can actually dunk a basket ball at his weight from a stop. That's crazy explosiveness

He's better than the praise. He's been the best player on that team his entire career.

31 years old, big guy, just got caught for PED's after an injury.

The guy is an elite talent, but I ask for how long, and for what price at 31 years old.

One of my favorite players in the NFL, easily in my top 5, so the respect is there for his abilities, just a big risk when it comes to the amount of money he will command, IMO.

Guy is an absolute animal, would be all for it if Keim and Co could find a way to afford him. Our DL would be nasty with him added to it, definitely a pipe dream though...not gonna happen.
