Alot has been made recently of Rich Rod and Sean Miller and deservedly so. I for one am very excited about the Rodriguez hiring (perfect fit) and of course Miller is the man.
But lets give credit where its due.
We went from Jim Livengood to maybe the best young AD in the nation. I am scared to death of losing him to a SEC school at some point, but man has he done work since he has been in Tucson:
1 - Miller Extension
2 - Football Upgrades
3 - Rich Rod
4 - Basketball Upgrades (more Miller and Nike but still)
5 - More accessible and understanding of technology then maybe any other AD out there
I have actually emailed back and forth with him and he is a hell of a guy too. Greg Byrne you are the man.
