Georgia basketball will try to end a three-game losing streak when it returns to the court at LSU.
The Saturday Feb. 7 game will be the first chance for the Bulldogs to boost their March Madness resume since a 92-77 home loss to Texas A&M on Saturday.
The Bulldogs have been in good shape to make the 68-team field in bracket projections this season, but their seed with each loss gets closer to the proverbial bubble.
“We’ve got to get better coming off a really tough stretch,” coach Mike White said Monday on his weekly radio show. “Did not see it coming. We’re not the same team that we were a couple of weeks ago, primarily with our connection which is a little discouraging. You run into some of those things in the grind of the SEC. We certainly ran into a couple of those last year and just overcame and found ways.”
Here’s a look at the latest projections on Tuesday for Georgia, which is 16-6 and 4-5 in the SEC
