@dreamcastrocks mentioned pork belly in another thread so I thought I would post this here.

Costco had their large pork belly package $10 off the other day so I figured $25 for a whole pork belly was too good to pass up. Been wanting to try Lechon Liempo (Filipino Pork Belly Roll) on my Rotisserie after having it at a grad party recently. It turned out really good and there was more than enough for the 12 people that we had over for dinner. I even made a traditional Sawsawan sauce for dipping. Soooo Good!!!

I saw that it was on sale where I'm at a few weeks ago but I was afraid I didn't have any room in my fridge/freezer so I passed on it.

I'll be sure to post some pics the next time that I make my pork belly burnt ends. They are better than brisket.

It's a really nice guitar

I watch the Antiques Roadshow and some of those classic guitars are worth some big money

I looked yours up and it is worth some good money

More important it's special to you and that's priceless
They asked me at the Gibson factory if I was interested in selling. I told them they could offer me 100 grand and I would politely say no thank you.

Dear Lord you are my hero.

My favorite cut of meat. Sadly I’m on a cut for summer so fatty meat is out of the question. I make porchetta every thanksgiving.

I absolutely worship scrapple as a Philly cat so I probably don't have much room to turn up my nose. Have you ever had scrapple before?
I have heard of it, but I’ve never had the pleasure of trying it, but I would

Oh my God. Literally one of the great pleasures in life. My grandmother used to put spicy mustard on it. I do that too sometimes. I also go for a scrapple, egg and cheese on toast. Gotta be pork or beef. Turkey scrapple just doesn't have that kick.
I've never heard of scrapple so I looked it up. Wish I hadn't....but, I'm not exactly sure what's in a hot dog either so...the only things I can't eat are whole mushrooms and water chestnuts...the texture of both gag me for some reason
