menudo is the isht. Just gotta clean and braise that tripe well. Otherwise its posole with rubber bands in it.

Properly cooked brains are like a nice savory custard, otherwise, total crap.

Menudo is basically just chitterlings with beans

I have a great vegan posole recipe. My family likes it a lot. I just don't think you can make a vegan Menudo.

I watched a video on them. Now I am a vegan and wouldn't order this, but they have a three meat sandwich that looks like the bomb! You have to order that one next time!
