do the Lakers have any more picks to give? maybe reeves and rui and we flip those for picks?
They have the first they trued to ship with Dalton Knecht for the Hornets' Mark Williams. I'm reading it was a 2031 first and 2030 swap.

KJ, CP3, Stockton, Isiah Thomas, and Iverson were all 6'1" or below.
Come on, these are HOF player, you think Dilingham has any resemblance?

And it not about Dilligham's height, that is OK. It is about everything else phisically. Just take a look on his highlights and you will see what I am talking about.

I am not a fan of Dillingham. He is quick, but just a boy playing among men.

Dillingham is small, in regard to size. He reminds me a bit of Mike Conley that way.

However, in a trade I'd take him and hope he develops. He is only 20.

Gambo says there won't be a Durant trade today. Maybe by the weekend?

Barrett only has two years left on his deal at a reasonable price. If we can get #9 plus a future pick you pull the trigger.

I sure hope it's done by the weekend. That way we can focus on getting Beal's butt out of there. Once those two moves are done the rest of the off season possibilities will start taking shape.

There are 2 virtual certainties this offseason, and yet they keep being brought up as actual possibilities.

1) Devin Booker will not be traded.
and
2) Bradley Beal won't either.

That's it. Full stop. Like it or hate it, there is virtually no chance of either one of those things actually happening.

There’s zero chatter about Beal on any front.

The Suns are probably hoping upon hope, they can find a way to trade Beal, no matter the odds.

It's either that, buy him out and stretch, or keep him another season, after which he becomes an expiring contract and possibly tradable.

The CBA provides lots of obstacles.

The FO needs to have patience. There's a small (higher than zero) chance he regains some value as the 2nd option this season and becomes tradable. If not, he becomes an expiring contract next summer which will have value for some teams. Worst case we keep him and he expires in 2027.

And he’ll become more trade able as the season progress since he’ll be 1/4 if the way paid up by all star break.

Dude played more than 500 minutes last season and made eight free throws. The Suns' interest is probably based entirely on the Kentucky connection, which is the kind of dumb thinking that defines the franchise these days.

If we are still over the 2nd apron after a Durant trade, I wouldn't be surprised if we use part of our what we get in the Durant trade to entice someone to take Beal off our hands.

I absolutely think the WANT to get Beal off the roster, but eating the cost of dumping him would be brutal.

It would be far easier to move O'Neale or Allen. I don't think we'd get much for either, but I don't think trading them would be punitive.

I agree, the Suns likely do want to trade him, but I don't think we have the assets, even after a Durant trade, to entice anyone to take on his contract. And I actually like Beal as a player. When he's healthy.
