kd doesn't want to go to minnesota but he's exactly what they need imo

Per Charania, the Suns have also "made clear" to opposing front offices that they're willing to find the best deal available "even if it means trading Durant to a team outside his preferred list."

The Timberwolves could use a consistent high-volume scorer next to Edwards, who led the team by averaging 27.6 points per game in the regular season. Julius Randle averaged 18.7 points on a nightly basis for Minnesota, but nobody else on the roster was able to record at least 15 points per game.

If they had any picks, I would love for him to go there. I think he and Ant would be a horrible fit. Ant is abrasive as hell, Durant is extremely passive aggressive, they'd haaaaate each other rapidly.

If the Suns do not get the offer they want from a preferred destination, they may trade Durant elsewhere.

It sounds like if the Suns had their rathers, they would trade Durant to the Timberwolves.

This is where I don't like Rich Kleinman and KD being involved in the process. I believe there is framework for a deal the Suns want but they're holding things up now because KD's preferred destinations are lowballing us. Too many cooks in the kitchen. Do what's best for Phoenix and expect the backlash from KD pissing on his time here to come quick. I'm not saying he's wrong for disliking his time here, I didn't like it either, but that's an unavoidable mess when getting in the Cupcake business.

First the Warriors, now the Wolves?

He may nix both trades unless a team like Toronto swoops in to save the Suns.

Just remember that Jimmy Butler wasn't down with going to Golden State, but he signed that juicy extension with them once he got there,

I've been done with KD for a long while now, just send him regardless of where he wants to go. We missed a good deal by not sending him to the Warriors.

Raptors willing to send Barrett, Quickley, Poetl and #9 pick. Sounds good to me.
We have better wings with those along with Dunn.
Send off Allen.
Get rid of Micic.

I'm reading Barrett or Quickley, plus Poetl and #9.

I have more interest in Quickley than in Barrett, although I wish "Quickley" did not so accurately reflect the rate of his recurring injuries.

The Suns shouldn't go any further down the rabbit hole with Durant. They got his list. I don't think they should trade him to bottom feeders or anything that extreme because it would ruin the Suns reputation but the Suns do need to consider what is best for the franchise.

I'd grab that trade if it were available. It would solve a lot of problems.

I posted that earlier, it can't work financially because the 3 players make like $75 million. Barrett needs to go elsewhere.

That may apply to a lot of trades as a workaround to the CBA unless the Suns can drop below the second tax apron first.

It's gong to happen this week I think. Most of the new rumors seem to say the Suns are holding out for 1 or 2 more pieces which says "close" to me. I just want the Suns to shift their focus to moving Beal.

I hope the Suns don't over negotiate this.

I dont think moving KD anywhere helps or hurts the suns organization, if we moved Book then yes. KD has actually earned a lot of negativity by his own actions, so i think his reputation actually would help justify the Suns decisions in sending him wherever we want and not where he wants. Team hopping, coaches fired, arguing on social media, etc. Being a diva.
