EDIT: the NE / Miami game is irrelevant for SOS. Its just about taking the L today and rooting for the Jets

I don’t think the NE game matters anymore. At worst, we would be tied with TEN on SOS, and the next step is H2H which we “lost” (thus draft higher).

If we were hoping for Moore (assuming he comes out) the Giants losing hurts us. Assuming the Jets lose then we don’t have the ability to trade above them to snag Moore. If the Giants would have lost then they would be above the Jets at number two and given us a trade partner.
