The Las Vegas Raiders’ defense has a new beginning going into the 2026 NFL season as they have hired Rob Leonard as their new defensive coordinator and they have added several new starters.

So, it’s time for the Las Vegas defense to end a long drought. It’s time for the Silver and Black’s defense to pitch a shutout.

The Raiders have gone 13 seasons without have a defensive shutout. It’s tied for the fifth longest shutout-less streak in the NFL. Here’s the complete list provided by NFL analyst Warren Sharp.

The Raiders’ last defensive shutout was on December 12, 2012 when they beat the Kansas City Chiefs 15-0 in Oakland. Now, is the time to end the streak.
