Ehhh posters call each other out all the time on this board with no bans. Shoot we have posters bumping threads from years prior to call people out and don’t get bans.

Mediocre Marvin should be changing games with one play. Shifting momentum in an instant.

Should be demanding double teams because single coverage against him is completely ineffective.

Should be getting behind defenses routinely, and stretching them.

Should be a vicious run-blocker for off-tackle plays.

Should be the face of the franchise and a firey leader on and off the field.

Easy drops and more than one. And that’s not counting the closed practices were not seeing there’s probably/likely more. The guy has a long history of it. He clearly looks disengaged on the field often times and so far is a complete letdown with no signs of anything showing that he’s turning it around early in training camp. But hey if you want to be excited for his “potential” cool on you

We don't see those here, only his bad plays.

I’m not saying it’s not but sounds like the play of Michael Wilson that was all over Twitter that was a fade from Minshew where he had to stretch out to get it

Well, he rarely gets separation either…. Or as we’ve seen posted on here multiple times he just runs lazy routes when he knows he’s not getting the ball or isn’t the number one target.

I've seen him wide open on several occasions. When he is wide open, those are the ones where he tends to lose focus and drops the ball. In this latest video he runs a great route and is wide open.

I didn’t say he wasn’t capable of it. He loses focus and doesn’t do what he’s supposed to do. You can clearly tell. He’s running lazy out there at times. Go look at the video in the training camp that was just posted. It’s the bottom or second to bottom post in the second to last page. Look at the difference between the way Wilson runs routes and catches compared to Marvin who drops three passes during the Same drills Wilson drops none. Willson moves with a purpose much quicker and smoother. Marvin looks like he’s stuck in sand and is sloppy and drops three of the balls.

Yeah I 1000% agree. Very sloppy lazy routes. Hopefully ML and his staff can work on correcting that or MHJ will never be anything more than an unreliable average at best WR.

I'm not sure how he could be losing focus. His only job is catching the football. Anyone who's played sports and makes a stupid mistake makes sure it doesn't happen again. Dropping contested passes is one thing, but knowing you're not going to get hit and the ball falls off your hands is a concern. He wears glasses, SOMEONE GET HIM SOME CONTACTS. Or prescription goggles....something.

It’s funny how that tweet only talks about the cramps not the consistent drops that we’ve seen now in Camp not only running plays, but also during drills. Or the lazy Routes he’s running when you compare him to Michael Wilson, and how slow he looks.

Unfortunately he’s not really brave enough to do that and be right. All his other gambles have crapped out.

I wouldn’t be surprised to lean that Michael stepped in to ensure we drafted an NFL legacy player (nepo baby).
