I'm better than Mulli!
This explains it.It still has to be in the vicinity of a receiver doesn't it?
Clear the los?
I dunno...maybe I'm thinking of the still in the pocket rules...New meds

Witchcraft!like .000000001 % lol
Yeah, blame it on the seroquelThis explains it.
Only tom Brady. And Harry Potter.
How many drives in your life have you seen stopped because of 1 or 2 yards? It matters! How many in every single game we watch?Wow. Are you guys having fun trashing Murray over two yards?
You seem to be really enjoying yourselves.
it's kind of gross.

He should literally never voluntarily lose yards when you can easily flick it OOB.
You guys defending the behavior is what’s gross actually! But hey at least it keeps Kyler’s comp % up woooohoooooo
I would say because a true veteran QB with the number of starts and experience he has shouldn’t be doing it. That’s the gripe.100% not defending it Shane, and I not sure why K1 does that exactly.
I'm just saying do we have to watch you and OZC post 5000 times how those were worst two plays in football history? We got the point after the first 20 posts about it.
It’s not just two yards. It’s a pattern of behavior. Trying to make excuses for a QB in his 6th year that hasn’t learned a basic skill is what’s kind of gross. Actually, it’s really gross.Wow. Are you guys having fun trashing Murray over two yards?

I know it hurts your souls brotha due to how much you love Kyler. I get it. But I’m literally responding to others posting. I don’t see you calling them out for making up absurd defenses for it. So if you’re only criticizing those on one side of the discussion . . . yeah you’re defending it. Only you know it’s silly to do so, so you have to take another tack and go at the poster. Also kinda gross.100% not defending it Shane, and I not sure why K1 does that exactly.

Not hearing Garrett’s name is the greatest thing you can say about a corner.
I just saw the replay in the form of this YouTube short. If you freeze the video at the moment the ball is released you can see it was just outside the 11 yard line. At the moment Olave gets his hands on it, it was inside the 11 yard line. Garrett Williams makes a clear recovery (and would've scored had the whistle not blown). Should've been Cardinals ball.Awesome defensive series holy crap. I didn’t get a good look at the replay but thought that should have been a live ball since it was backwards pass on the Johnson hit.

I’m not here to argue with Murray haters. End of story. He’s our QB until he isn’t. You’ll just have to get over it.So now the argument is extended to the coaches being okay with losing yardage because . . . reasons.
You can’t make up this level of ridiculous argument.
This part I am certain everyone here agrees on.I’m not here to argue with Murray haters. End of story. He’s our QB until he isn’t. You’ll just have to get over it.
No, we're having fun trashing the idea that it's defensible, as if there's nothing else our poor QB could possibly do except lose yardage. That it's actually a noble thing that he does so, as it saves us from imaginary turnovers.Wow. Are you guys having fun trashing Murray over two yards?

Honestly, I’m gonna say no because I watch Patrick Mahomes and Lamar Jackson and Josh Allen totally able to throw it away with people bearing down on them on the regular. Plus others. It’s a total young QB thing which Kyler isn’t any longer. Literally every Sunday you see multiple quarterbacks all day long sprinting for the sideline being chased and will let it go out of bounds 20 or 30 yards up field before going out.Is it possible that there's some other rational explanation for his decision besides protecting his completion percentage?
I'm not saying yes or no. I'm just asking if it's possible.
Remember he's running full speed to the sideline with a defender bearing down on him.
did you watch the superbowl thoHonestly, I’m gonna say no because I watch Patrick Mahomes and Lamar Jackson and Josh Allen totally able to throw it away with people bearing down on them on the regular. Plus others. It’s a total young QB thing which Kyler isn’t any longer.

quite honestly, I’m sure you watch enough football to see it too.
What about all the “other ones” we see do it all day on Sunday?or maybe live with the reality that those three are better quarterbacks and always will be than Kyler and his decision to step out of bounds versus throwing a pic is probably the best improvement in decision-making we’re going to get
Good thing you didn’t say Monday because I’ll take Kyler over the two quarterbacks we saw last nightWhat about all the “other ones” we see do it all day on Sunday?![]()
This is bleak.or maybe live with the reality that those three are better quarterbacks and always will be than Kyler and his decision to step out of bounds versus throwing a pic is probably the best improvement in decision-making we’re going to get
Both of them also made some very bonehead decisions on SundayThis is bleak.
Kirk Cousins makes this decision all the time. Brock Purdy does.
Plausible??It's pretty easy for you to sit in your armchair and criticize the decision.
I'm not saying yes or no either way, but is there perhaps a plausible (emphasis added) alternative explanation?
In real time, sprinting full speed towards the sideline, with a defender or two bearing down on him (ready to decapitate him if given the opportunity), are you 1000% sure its reasonable to ask him in that split second to accurately assess where exactly is the LOS, and then flick the ball out of bounds?
Is it plausible, OZC, that maybe, possibly, he might not have the time to go through that analysis, and so instead just steps out of bounds? That then the being the safest alternative?
