It does. Not sure how they can definitively say that was picked off when both guys had the ball and Witherspoon ripped it away after they both landed.

He was way behind the DB and had to stop because of the throw. I still dont' get how that's an INT he caught the ball they went to the ground dual possession goes to the offense. He was on the ground with the defender on him so he's down by contact?

If you’re a WR, and the ball is caught , but the DB can rip the ball out of your arms, that’s a weak efffort.
