Again the play is fine it worked for a gain of 15 yards. It’s the players who got the penalty

Even the announcers said it didn’t look like a penalty. It looked like a BS call by the ref but the play worked great

How do weknow that’s a play call? Serious question? That was his outlet throw he had four receivers heading down field and Kyler didn’t even give it a chance to develop he just dumped it… So is that play or decision making? I really don’t know how does anybody?
