I just rewatched the punt to Moore, the ref DID hit the ball with his flag, not Moore's fault.

It would have been ridiculous if that had ended up as a turnover, kinda scummy by the refs to not address that.

You have a better chance of converting with a run up the middle there than running a slant. That was third and an eye lash

Correct if you hit the receiver in the hands for an 8 yard game that was a good play call and a bad play by the player.

Sometimes it’s about taking the easiest first. Inches should dictate being able to slam it up in there. A pass has too many additional variables (as we saw).
