the Cards showed some heart and came back to make it a game. That makes 3 or 4 games that an experienced team probably would've won. Both Niner games, the Atlanta game, and possibly the Jets game.Hopefully the team continues to mature and will start winning those games. The one thing i'm getting tired of is these team coming in here with a buttload of injuries and having their 2nd teamers have big days.

What's scary is that I am beginning to think Josh McCown could be the answer, given some time of course... OMG! <shudder>

I'm not into moral victories anymore. We just lost to worst team in football. A team that has two wins this year, both at our expense.

Same here. Nice we came back but how do you get down to SF 28-3 at home?

Sick of all the mistakes and penalties.

well if the worst team in football is better than us twice, doesn't that make us the worst team in football regardless of record?

Any 4-12 team can point out a half dozen games they should have won based on a play here or there. I don't think you can have a moral victory against a team with 2 wins either. You are right on the money with how second stringers can play us and have their day in the sun before fading back into obscurity.

pretty much.

But look at the upside.

We have the quan and the fitz (I'm liking Johnson's growth too).

And I've got some chocolate cake here that will provide me with the fufillment my favorite team is not delivering.
Mmmmm. Cake.

We let a guy who was driving a FedEx truck a short time ago, who had less then a week of practice, run for 140 yards. That's why we lost and why we still stink.

Is this for real? Hicks was driving a truck a couple weeks ago? I haven't been reading the feel good media stories for a while.

He now has taken his rightful place in the Pantheon of one hit wonders the Cardinals have immortalized.

Just imagine, 49ers would have been 0-13 if not for us... They should send some special presents to the Cards players and coaches.
