Big series, then another big one against the Orioles, who have more wins than the Doyers. Tough 6 game stretch.

And then two big series against the Cubs. This is ridiculously difficult three week gauntlet for the D-backs. Week 1 went very well. Let’s hope for continued success.

So… I watched 8 dbacks games during the preview time on mlb network. We lost 7 of 8.
I canceled. We won 10 of 12. The loss on the home stand was the first game I went to this year.

Need to go at least 3-3 or better these next six games against top teams in order to stay firmly in the mix for the WC. Good to see that Gallen and Kelly are back to back again. Have no idea why Torey would separate your #1 and #2 starters except for his weird statement about trying to win a game each series. Didn't make sense then. Doesn't make sense now.

I blame the hitters in the top of the 6th. Gallen used a lot of pitches and energy getting through the 5th...and then the Dbacks just come out swinging at everything in the 6th, not giving Gallen time to rest. Just terrible awareness.

No miracle. Gallen had an off night against one of the top 2 or 3 teams in baseball. Still need to win at least 1 this series and then take 2 of 3 from Baltimore. Going 3-3 against those two teams would actually be good news for the DBacks.
