Wow...

I feel like I spent a lot of time and energy arguing with you and others on here trying to make this argument in real time.

I can remember arguing over the Kevin Towers years. I wasn't a fan of the Miller trade at the time.

Owings gets a single, Ray bunts him over (see, SOMEBODY on the Dbacks can bunt), but Jay is unable to bring him home

So can the Dbacks get Souza home?

Marte does the one thing you can't do - strike out.

They walk Owings to get to Ray.

Huge failure by Marte

And THREE Strike outs.

Marte - you suck
Murphy - you suck.

If either one of you clowns had gotten a bat on the ball, the Dbacks would have another run.

It hurts to see a D-back hit a fly ball into the wind in LF with a runner in scoring position and two outs. That is not using strategy.

And it feels good to see Souza with a triple and double today. It looks like he and Avila are using their skills and not sibermetrics and are beginning to show that they are legitimate power bats.

Souza just thrown out at the plate, but with only 1 run scored in the game, you have to try to make things happen.

Souza made a bad slide by going to the inside rather than the outside and reaching for the plate.
