This will be worse than the 58 to zero game in Seattle.
I believe they call that "Pulling a Cardinal".The Colts just beat the Raiders 40-6, the Raiders are 5.5 point favorites against the Titans next week.
Indy is currently one of the best teams in the league with elite talent at every skill position on offense. Shane and Lou are elite playcallers. Maybe Shane takes pity on Gannon and runs out the clock after they get a 17 point lead.
I hate to say that this is the most likely scenario. Both the Colts & the Packers are gonna roll us...Indy and Green Bay. 2-5 to start the year.
Even if heads do roll. They'll replace them with equally mediocre heads. And that is really the heart of the problem: heads won’t roll. This organization doesn’t appear to hold people accountable.
Yeah me and my twin brother are going…coming up from Paducah kyI am going to be there. Lets hope they are mad about this game and play better.
Cardinal = MunsonI believe they call that "Pulling a Cardinal".

Bamboo under fingernails.Watching this team for the next 12 games is going to be like watching a prisoner get tortured.
We are ******.
LOL it’s worse than I thought! Didn’t think that was possibleFixed that for you cardcrazy. Gotta give them credit for ALL of the L's!

THE NINERS HAVE WORSE INJURIES AND BEAT US, AND THE RANS AND SEAHAWKS IN LA AND SEATTLE.The NFL as a whole has an injury problem. No matter what we all want to say, this many injuries do matter. Ravens are the local team here in York, PA & all I heard the whole game was their injury status is. And their injury list isn’t 2 pages long like our’s does. It’s a violent game, I get it. But, I think these guys need more practice time IN PADS during the preseason. That won’t fix everything, but something needs to be addressed because there’s a diluted product on the fields & the fans are the ones being cheated. We can blame the HC, Coordinators, QB, etc, etc, etc. But, it’s tough to play complementary football with all the new faces being inserted every week.
Sorry, I disagree. The Niners are ONE team. As a whole, which is what I’ve stated, most teams have struggled. Did you watch the Ravens yesterday? The Niners have played phenomenally well, but they’ve been very fortunate in all their wins. Good for them. They also have a HOF HC who is one of, if not the best play caller EVER. And their DC is great also. Petzing’s conservative play calling is beyond concern now! As for the Niners, I would say their schedule is stupid easy, but even saying that, if they don’t get healthy, it’ll eventually catch up to them.THE NINERS HAVE WORSE INJURIES AND BEAT US, AND THE RANS AND SEAHAWKS IN LA AND SEATTLE.
Your injury excuse is a freaking joke, especially after losing to the worst team in the league.
The Bucs are missing their PRO BOWL WR/RB/LT/RT and are 4-1 and just went INTO SEATTLE AND WON.Sorry, I disagree. The Niners are ONE team. These are not excuses, they’re facts. Again, you’re comparing the Cardinals to two of the best run franchises in the NFL. There are NO excuses for losing yesterday. Complete and utter failure for sure. No one is arguing that. In year’s past, and decade’s past, this team would get slaughtered once injuries of this nature occurred. That hasn’t happened yet because we have had success building depth. As disgusted as I am right now, I’m curious to see how the rest of the season plays out, especially the next two weeks against two tough opponents in the Colts and Packers. The season couldn’t have gone much worse, but there’s a long ways to go.The Bucs are missing their PRO BOWL WR/RB/LT/RT and are 4-1 and just went INTO SEATTLE AND WON.
We just played THE WORST TEAM IN FOOTBALL AND LOST.
Your excuses are a freaking joke. This team is losing because they have zero leadership, bad depth and mediocre starters across the board to go with laughably mediocre coaching.
They'll also blame it all on the injuries.Bold prediction: we’ll hear talk all week about “righting the ship,” “playing our game,” professionalism, pride, blah, blah, blah, etc. Then we’ll go out and get smoked 38-10.
This. We've had 18 coaches in the Super Bowl era (at or tied for the top spot depending on how interim coaches are counted). On the other end of the spectrum is Pittsburgh with 4. Ownership has been a massive failure at consistently hiring quality coaches and GM's. Been this way forever.Even if heads do roll. They'll replace them with equally mediocre heads.
If you look at the really successful teams in the league, they don't turnover their GM and coaching positions at anywhere near the frequency as the bad teams do. They might go through bad stretches, but they stick with their staff.
