Latest rumor has the redbirds infatuated with Fano

I’ve heard that too, but if they can’t get a decent trade offer it may be a “sweet lemons” position.

Mauigoa looks heavy footed on film to me. He's going to get beat by speed a lot in the league at tackle.

There is a concern for this reason about speed rushers and ones who can fake outside, spin and take an inside route.

There are 3 players I'm highly confident they are going to be great in the league. In this order.

Love
Styles
Downs

I'm fine with any, but Love would have the biggest impact and be the most exciting from a fan perspective.

If we are going to sign Willis then Love would make his life easier, and we can get a tackle at the top of the 2nd that's very little drop off from the top guys imo.

Interesting approach, but this combination might leave you short of an effective OL.

Don’t mind Miami or Indiana players not doing combine testing but it’s a red flag if they skip the pro day drills.

Don’t expect any skipping except maybe Mendoza.

It's Bailey, Love or Downs at 3 for me.

1 good thing Styles has going for him is his age. He's only 20 and played at OSU as a 16-17 year old. He's probably going to keep getting better but I'm not advocating him at 3.

if there is an option available with zero question marks...why take the chance that the risk is fake...or just being spun by his agent....its already a risk taking that position in the top five...I would prefer that risk be clean if I choose to take it.

I'm picking OL in the 2nd. No tackle is top 10 in this draft.

For me, Mauigoa isn;t a top 10 tackle in the last 4 drafts. That is, if you took all the tackles from those drafts he wouldn't feature in the top 10 as a prospect. Really not a fan.

Fano's tape is much better but those arms cannot play NFL tackle.

comparing Redbirds to Raiders is like comparing teenaged girls at an allanis Morriset concert...knowing that each is broken in their own way and the deciding factor may be whether or not they went to see Morrisey at the Cow Palace last year or if they sold out and saw Taylor Swift with their cousins from Boise.
we know there are worlds of incomprehensible trauma driven drama that we will never understand...and in the end we just hope they dress normal and try to act human while we have company.
But they cant fairly be compared. Thats just so insensitive.

I realize this was from about 3 weeks ago but WTF?
