You could just feel this coming. Announcers are right taking Davis off Jokic flipped the game because he's there to help.

Reaves is going to get a bag this offseason. He's having a down game and has 20. Just knows how to play and with LeBron's vision he's great

So much for the altitude, some of these old guys on the Lakers are bringing it.

Between Denver, slowing the pace a little bit, and the refs really slowing the pace that allowed LA to come back

First LeBron bricks the 3
Then Jokic drives, gets the foul, and hits his free throws

Then Jokic steals the ball from LeBron, LeBron pouts/walks instead of getting back on defense, then Jokic gets fouled and goes back to the line

Then LeBron bricks one more 3 for good measure

If you're the Lakers that was very much like games 1 and 4 where the game was close at the end. In the Warriors series they won both games, in this one the Nuggets held on. But Lakers have to feel pretty good, Hachimura was a big factor, and pulling Davis off Jokic

Obviously he has the most points in NBA history but that 3 by LeBron late was a terrible shot, just a hero ball shot.

That AD guy 40/10 is not bad. If he continues to play like this...

I don’t think the lakers can win this series unless Joker winds up missing time.

Davis is the best help defender in the league. When he doesn't need to focus on one guy and sort of roam around like a free safety then he can single handedly shut a team down. That's how the Lakers got past Golden State.

It makes sense when you see him do that at a high level like in the postseason as far as why he complains about being pigeonholed as a Center. I don't think there's an appropriate position designation for him defensively.

Got to give LA some credit for this run. This trip to the conference finals beating superior teams in Memphis and Golden State helps prove their bubble title wasn't a fluke. I'll still refer to their bubble run as the "Mickey Mouse Title" when talking to Laker fans because it pisses them off. Injuries have kept them from making noise since.

All true. AD was great. But if he falters the Lakers are done.
