This section is basically what most of us have been saying and expecting/hoping for:

The Cardinals are still woefully lacking in talent heading into 2023, and are not going to win many games.

But this year is less about victories and more about how they perform. There is a major difference between losing a game by 24 points amid myriad miscues, and losing it by seven because the opponent had better players.

If the Cardinals can play disciplined football this season, and if the coaching staff can show off its acumen by accentuating the team’s strengths and attacking opponent weaknesses, it will bode well for 2024 and beyond, when the talent catches up.

What I'm saying is, he was already counting toward the 90...I read that PUP players count, so they didn't need to open a roster spot for him, when coming off PUP.
I thought they didn't and that was the reason for the pup, to make another roster spot. I guess I'm wrong.

I got it from this article: https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/2023-nfl-pup-list-tracker-jonathan-taylor-out-for-colts-trey-flowers-sidelined-after-signing-with-patriots/#:~:text=Players on PUP count against, point prior to the season.

Players on PUP count against 90-man offseason rosters during training camp, but they can be activated to practice at any point prior to the season.

I didn't know before, either. I always thought they didn't count.

Alo yoga is not an NFL sponsor
They have a deal with NFLPA...under Alo Moves...same lowercase alo logo. Can very well be a team approved apparel. Also, everybody's favorite QB, Caleb Williams has a NIL deal with them.
