Anthony Lynn’s downfall with Chargers was mostly due to in game management...this is what Kliff needs the most help with. I love Lynn, but he would have benefited from having a mentor on his staff.

Basically Kingsbury said he still wants calls plays, he has no business with game management, he wants to be the offensive coordinator, so we still be without the head coach next year

Anthony Lynn has always been heavily focused on the run game and has been a running back coach his entire life – outside of offensive coordinator- and head coaching-jobs obviously. Hiring him would basically be like degrading Sean Kugler.

I am intrigued with Caldwell, though.
