He's a better lockdown defender than Dunn.Robbie

Rasheer Fleming finished his rookie season with a team-best NETRTG of 6.1.His DFG% of 41.2% not only ranked 1st on the Suns, but 9th in the entire NBA (min. 200 DFGA).A breakout rookie season for the 31st pick of the 2025 NBA Draft.
Why not a Steph three pointer?Rasheer, if you're reading this, (you effing rock) please work on a turn around jumper from mid range. Study film of Kawhi Leonard.
Agreed. Baseline jumper, fade away in the post, just anything he can make as a goto get your own shot move. His three is already quite good. He needs a mid range go-to move.
I think the next step just needs to be learning to fake the 3 like Royce, then drive to the rim, and sometimes pull up from mid range.Agreed. Baseline jumper, fade away in the post, just anything he can make as a goto get your own shot move.
Fleming is a 3 and D small forward. Thats how he plays. However he put on the weight to play power forward. If he is going to play like a sf, he needs to weigh like one. That is if the extra weight diminishes the speed necessary to play the wing. To me, Fleming looks a little slower in summer league than he was last year during the season.fleming's fine

fleming had the highest shooting percentage of the 3 (in that last game) and takes his shots from the furthest out - when he has time to get his shot off it's got a good chance of droppingFleming is a 3 and D small forward. I don’t mind if we develop him as a Sf behind Brooks.
That weight does not help his jumping for rebounds, and he is not usually close enough to the rim to position for them. That weight does not help him switch out onto guards. That versatility is his bread and butter. All is not lost though. Usually players that put a lot of weight on in the off season, play the pounds off in the regular season.fleming had the highest shooting percentage of the 3 (in that last game) and takes his shots from the furthest out - when he has time to get his shot off it's got a good chance of dropping
the weight will help with rebounds - on defense and when he drives to the rim
I read he added 10lbs not enough to worry about just added strength.Fleming is a 3 and D small forward. Thats how he plays. However he put on the weight to play power forward.
