There are 7 OT's with potential to go in 1st rd. After that group, I could see a gap to the 3rd rd. If you want one, you are going to probably have to take one higher than you'd like in RD 1.

Tackles are bouncing around like the lottery balls both in the draft and FA. Teams are releasing or failing to retain tackles, partly due to injury deterioration. The cost in FA continues to rise, but so do durability concerns. Players are simply continuing to get bigger and faster with OTs paying a price. It may become a turnstile position. Look at the Cards’ Williams. 2 years ago when recovering from injury he looked fine. Now he’s a shell of his former self and likely a backup at best.

I’d rather not think about it but… I remember a time when the Cardinals were a team to target just before they are let out to pasture. Nothing has changed.

Sources: DT Caleb Banks suffered a broken foot at the Combine that will sideline him until June.

The injury happened the night before his on-field testing. He performed a partial workout not knowing the extent of the injury. The fracture of the fourth metatarsal was surgically repaired by Dr. Norman Waldrop on March 9.

Reese is a freak but you have to develop him perfectly.

He also has to really want it.

Is he really that bad at this drill or is he being lazy because he knows he's a top 10 pick?

what I see...
a guy lacking bend and agility just trying to make up for that shortcoming with straight line speed and quickness.

He didn't show much bend on tape, but plenty of agility.

Personally I keep away from front seven players who lack the ability to defeat blocks head on.

I saw that complete lack of bend in the pics and videos. No thanks.

I hope the Jets do the right thing and snatch Reese up at 2.

Production over potential is where I have landed when it comes to edge rushers.
I'm with you. So few of those traits guys end up ever being good.

Tyree Wilson was the guy who taught me that lesson. Loved his traits a ton, but he was a projection and he's been a big ole bust so far.

It looks like the fastest path around all the dummies if that's what the point of the drill is.
