Well, considering he’s already been ruled out that makes no sense
Saw that he wasn’t on field for practice today but not ruled out yet.

That said, this dude absolutely is another player that shouldn’t be depended on as part of next year’s solution. He’s barely carried the rock over two seasons, looked mediocre at best when he has and ended up on IR both years, including this one where he’s taking longer than expected to recover. That’s not a personal knock on him, just what appears to be an unfortunate fact of that his physical build looks iffy to withstand the kind of punishment an NFL running back needs to be able to take.

meanwhile they can't keep burrows off the field- he's no where near 100% but said he gets paid too much not to play

when k9 laughs a player they usually have a decent to good shot

My NFL.com report for him in fantasy is he was shaking the leg on Wed in practice trying to get it loose and that's likely why he sat out Thur. It also said their plan was more likely Rams than Bucs anyways which contradicted others who had been saying Bucs.

So my guess is he doesn't play against the Bucs.

To be clear, I mean Benson

We were

discussing Benson. Sorry if I confused things. Some of my sources are good.
Now he’s aggravated the injury, so I don’t think he plays if it’s that fragile.

I’m hoping Nolen can get and stay healthy. Seems we’ve had issues with every 1st round pick the Cards have made under Monty. They either under perform or can’t stay healthy. You want your 1st rounders to be impact players right out of the gate.

I was all about Nolen. Of course, I was all about Simmons too, so...lol
I had my share of misses too. This just made me feel better because
I said he was not only a good choice but he would become a great player.

We all get it wrong on players. Hell, even the BEST GMs get maybe 1/2 of their draft picks right. I banged the drum for years for a DT - Kinlaw, Brown, Carter, Davis.... And more.

We finally get a DT I absolutely love and he looks like he might be the real deal. But even then he misses most of his rookie season due to injury. Hope for the best with this guy. He could be a great one.

If we could get Kayden McDonald in round 2 I would be over the moon.
