I heard Ott was going to do it himself but I haven’t seen anything official.
I'm hoping that's the case. Where did you hear it? Didn't Hornacek do that as a first time head coach?

I can’t remember exactly, but I saw it on Twitter. It was by someone I wasn’t familiar with though so I’m not sure on the validity. It would make sense though.

Yea, that’s what made me think we may have been waiting to see if Mike Brown would be available. Other possibilities would be Terry Stotts, Dave Joerger, Nate McMillan, Jim Boylen, Scott Brooks, and Lloyd Pierce. Those are current assistants with head coaching experience.

As Jordan Ott assembles his coaching staff, the former Lakers head coach is drawing interest from multiple teams.

and ott - who some suggest is more than up for the task - will have to create other legit responsibilities for defenses to defend because as is we have no pg

Some general comments.
If Oso could shoot from outside, his game would resemble Alvan Adams. He has point guard instincts.
Someone please free Collin Gillespie and give him a green light to run the offense and shoot.

LOL, this isn't elementary school ball.
yes they will double team him, but we have lob threats now to keep the defense even. We did not have that at all. And Green is pretty good at attacking the rim too.

This is also a guy charged with sexual assault back in 2019, on video chasing a half naked woman, who was running away from him, grabbing her and dragging her back to his room… only to be found not guilty in Michigan. I’m sure hometown hero had nothing to do with the acquittal over the point blank evidence on video.
