Adam Driver reportedly in final talks to play Reed Richards in Fantastic Four

According to a new rumor, Marvel Studios might have finally made one of the most important casting decisions of The Multiverse Saga. In a Patreon post, Marvel scooper Daniel Richtman claimed that Adam Driver (Star Wars: The Force Awakens) is in final talks to star in the MCU’s Fantastic Four reboot as Reed Richards, aka Mister Fantastic.

I don’t get that at all. Don’t know why they didn’t stick with the dude from the office. I thought he was perfect.

I think he could pull of Wolverine, actually. He's much too tall to match the comic lore, but so was Jackman.
Driver (6'2.5") is even taller than Jackman (6'1.5") and Jackman is nearly 11 inches taller than Wolverine (5'3") of the comics. Heck, even Tom Cruise is 4 inches taller than Wolverine of the comics.

It was never gonna happen but MCU films should’ve ended with Endgame and just branched out the streaming shows.

Glad they didn't as I still want to see movies, not just TV shows.

Man, Marvel comics and specifically the Spiderman team really, really screwed up with the decision to off Ms. Marvel. They lost a lot of people over this one in a horrific fridge job. They likely meant to bring her back to life in a different capacity (for instance, in the X-Men crossovers), but what a dumb, ham-fisted, tone deaf way of doing so!
