It can’t even be argued honestly… All the Kyler supporters bitched saying it’s OL it’s OL…. And that’s the only reason Kyler‘s pressure percentage was low was because he had to get rid of it quickly…. Or had to escape because he was instantly pressured.

Well now with MCCoy starting with the worst patch work Oline of the season playing arguably the Best DL in the league. Was able to perform while getting the ball out quickly and make accurate throws and use the middle of the field.

Hmmmm

He keeps the offense in rhythm. He throws as soon as he makes his drop. He actually makes presnap reads and doesn't predetermine throwing into triple coverage. The offense did a lot more things under center, which seemed effective, and tells you that it's KM who refuses to play under center. He threw with anticipation, rather than waiting for a guy to be wide open. Just a much more fluid offense with a QB who understands how to play.

this is the biggest difference between Colt and K1

K1 does it, but it feels like the exception to his game rather than the rule

Colt had a third down completion to Moore in the game where they showed the replay from behind Colt - you can see he threw it into an open spot counting on Moore to be there

Even though he isn't what you would call tall at 6'1", there is still a difference in Colt seeing the whole field and KM seeing just snippets of it through the gaps in dbetween your big OLmen. It has got to be hard to find and judge your receivers speed and angles.

I get the height issue but it seems more about the fact he just doesn’t understand defenses.

It’s laughable that some might try to diminish the clear separation between Kyler and Colt. It’s not even close and anyone who has ever watched more than one NFL game is capable of identifying the multitude of improvements we see with McCoy as our QB, as compared to Kyler.
And, this includes the players by the way, who see it and feel it far more than any of us.
This team is better off with McCoy as our QB, period. This is fact, born out by figures, as well as both the eye and smell tests!

Hilarious one game against a putrid team that hardly played and this team is better off with McCoy at QB, Jesus I’m glad some of you are not in charge! Yeah let’s ride with the old journeyman QB because he makes our coach look less stupid! Maybe design a coherent offense for the franchise QB you just extended for huge dollars! If you can’t do it get the **** out and brings in a coach who can, don’t need a coach who can’t game plan to our best skill players period!
