That 1970 defense was pretty stout. Had a 4 game stretch where they didn’t give up a touchdown:
Patriots 31-0
Oilers 44-0
Cowboys 38-0
Chiefs 6-6 Defending Super Bowl Champs

Shame that injuries caught up to that team & they finished 8-5-1 & out of the playoffs. Late season swoon cost Charley Winner his job.

Sadly, I remember that game all too well. Living in Syracuse, NY then, most of my friends were Giants fans. They had the Cardinals number that season, as they beat us twice pretty easily. Otherwise, we would have won the NFC East.
