The #Panthers signed veteran CB Eli Apple for a 1-year deal worth $3M, source said. That includes a $750K signing bonus. All things considered, a nice payday this late in the game for Apple, who appeared to have a deal with the #Raiders before it fell through during free agency

The Arizona Cardinals have signed former Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Dylan Cantrell, the team announced Monday. In the release, the Cardinals listed him as a tight end.
Arizona also waived cornerback Sojourn Shelton.
Cantrell, 25, has never appeared in an NFL game. The Bolts drafted him in the sixth round of the 2018 NFL Draft out of Texas Tech, where he played for head coach Kliff Kingsbury.

He turned down more money from CLE and turned down less money from SEA. Can’t have your cake and eat it too. No playoff team has $20M in cap space so he either takes the money from a bad team or takes less from a playoff contender. Personally I don’t think he is worth more than $15M a year.

Considering the fact he has missed several games in his career and the sack production even 12mil for year can be considered a reach
The hype he has is for the athletic ability and the potential which is never been fully displayed

They clearly have an advantage with the most cap space available. I doubt there is a team that will shed salary to sign Clowney for the money he is looking for at this point in the offseason. He's going to have to take a one year deal from a team he wants to play for and hope he doesn't get hurt so he can try again next offseason.
