Free-agent QB Joe Flacco, whose 2019 season ended because of a neck injury, underwent a 45-minute disc repair in early April, source said. Timeline to be cleared is late August to mid-September, so right around the start of the season. (@caplannfl first noted the surgery)

The #Browns announced that they’ve re-signed WR Rashard Higgins, their fifth-round pick in 2016. After a tough 2019 season, Higgins get a 1-year deal to prove himself.

Still an upgrade over Sweezy and if we're putting plodders out there might as well put somebody better.

The obvious point is that there shouldn’t be any plodders at all.

If you want see our outside run/ screen game take a major hit, then sure, sign Warford to a much higher price than Sweezy.

Sweezy isn’t the best, but he fits this offense a whole lot better than Warford.

This can be a tough concept to marry though. Warford is easily a better player than Sweezy but seems to be a worse scheme fit and fans are not conditioned to consider scheme when evaluating the fit of offensive linemen.

It‘s 2020 & the fact some folks still don’t realize this is insane.

Warford is one of the slowest Guards in the NFL & is a liability for outside zone schemes/screen plays, but people see “Pro Bowl” despite being in a different scheme.

Watching our roster and depth we need actually

A tigh end
Maxx Williams is fine, Arnold is good as a receiver not really as a blocker, i don't mind to sign clay for a year or exploring a trade(Nkjou or Howard?)

A pass rusher to play the back up role

I hope Garcia is healthy so he can compete with Cole who is a question mark

The guards we have are average and beside them who is ready to compete? Galliard?
