Letting Chriss go was a mistake

They were going with youth and Dudley was their backup PF. Faried can play but I don't think he accepted the mentor role like Dudley did. He only played 12 games with Brooklyn this year before he was bought out and didn't seem as engaged as he was in Denver previously. I think it was fit more than anything. The Nets also started winning and he wasn't a part of that and if they couldn't find a trade, let him go. No need for a vet that didn't want to be there to potentially sour things on the bench.

The youth factor sounds right. If Faried didn't want to be there I wish the Suns had traded Chandler for him instead of buying him out.

This, along with the Suns failure to find a starting point guard, makes me question if the Suns were interested in winning this season.

Perhaps the Bucks and Rockets swap Thon Maker for Chriss.

Guys like Thon Maker and Chriss are where they are because their work ethic is poor. Earn that PT.

As per usual non-sense post from you

13/8 in 22 minutes
7/3/2 in 24 minutes
14/7/1 in 22 minutes

Those are very solid statlines. Not to mention he is 6/10 from 3.

who cares if he got dunked on, at least he challenges.

Better than what we seen from the Suns. Suns would have given him no contention at all, then look around at each like who's fault was that.

7/3/2 is not a very solid statline. That is basically what Bender averaged last year and I know you wouldn't call him very solid. Bender averaged 6.5 ppg, 4.4 rpg, and 1.6 apg in 25.2 mpg. So either that isn't a solid statline, as you claim, or Bender is solid, which is it?

Jesus Christ, overall he is is averaging 11.3ppg 6rpg 1apg shooting 52%FG, 60%3s and 100%FTs in the 3 games in under 23mpg.

That is solid.

Benders bad games were 0 pts 2 rebounds 0 assists in 30 minutes and his average is what Chriss worst game was in that stretch with worse shooting numbers.

Chriss still ****ing sucks man, I don't care what stats you throw out there. Bender is showing more promise than him and that's sad considering Bender isn't even a good player (as you always point out).

Bender has more fouls than points in his last few outings. They're both awful but this silliness of single play highlights is childish nonsense.

I am not worrying we got rid of Chriss. If he left and became a solid 20/10 guy every night, I would be upset. Right now, Igor would probably have him on the second team on our squad assuming TJ is healthy.

Former Suns draft picks are coming for us: Marquese Chriss, Dragan Bender, Josh Jackson and TJ Warren.

I heard on a podcast that the almost certainly the Warriors will be cutting Chriss. I believe it's not because he sucks (although it could be that), but because they don't have the money to keep him. The Solar Panel podcast brought it up this morning.
