It's funny how spoiled we are. 20 years ago we were 6-7 with Jake Plummer and people were jumping all over the place happy because we controlled our own destiny. All we had to do was beat 3 crappy teams. And boy did we barely. But remember how much fun that was. Now we either want to make championship game or tank ...haha haha. Pretty funny. I'll be happy with 6-7 and we win the West of we win our last 3 games. Get a home game in the playoffs. We can win 9 games of we play decently. If we are 4-5 and get DJ back....with Peterson we will be tough. Imagine both in back field ...no way you are blitzing us because ....DJ can catch a 3 yard pass and be gone. I like the effort of at least getting someone that may help. Nothing to lose now.

Vindication for the poster breaking AP news 2 years ago. I think the presser is today so good call about Wednesday.

You could argue giving up a draft pick for Peterson is dumb but most of Keim's draft picks aren't around long, particularly late round guys

The dumb part of this move is without a competent OL, this move doesn't make us better.

1. If AP is finished, so is our running game.
2. If we don't make the trade, our running game is finished.
3. If AP isn't finished, we can trade him for a high draft pick, when DJ returns. :)

I still like the trade, expect him to play better at RB than anyone else has been and even a minimal improvement at RB could open up the passing game. You have to try. We are one game out from 1st place and people want to tank. smh.

Biggest difference is AD is a power back and CJ0.5k more of a speed runner, whose speed left him years ago. I like AD between the tackles far better. Are we going to go from 32 to Top 15 overnight in terms of running? No. But simply put: we had to get better at the position and trading a 6th round pick is chump change.

BTW---this merits revisiting. Why the hell did NO sign AD in the first place? They had Ingram and really like Kamara. Was a poor fit from jumpstreet.

Why not? all he has to do is be slightly better and make our opponent care about our running game to make a big difference.

I think it will make a difference. Excited to find out. I agree, it wont make us anywhere near a top running team but all we need is respect of our running game.

Exactly. Cheese and Ouchi KNOW how the season is going to play out. To suggest anything else is pure delusion.

I kinda dig The Brothers Grim... which would have been GREAT during the end of the Wiz era if it was The Brothers Grimm... can we think of a way to pun that up Cardinals-wise tho?

I'm sure Skkorp would be proud of your post as well. My side is right and if you don't agree with me ...well you're stupid.
Speaking of people with elitist tendencies, anyone hear from Bodha, or did he finally get the memo that his schtick wasn’t welcomed here?
