Ok, here's where we'll start things off.

First, I've changed it from "Guy's Movie" to "Popcorn Flick". I want to be inclusive to the ladies.

Second, we'll use the master list from my other Kumite as a starting point.

Here's how we'll work this in the beginning:

Everyone that wants to participate will get one switch-out. Just state which film you want removed, and what you want to replace it with and I will make the appropriate change to the master list.

Here's the list:

300
1941
Above the Law
Ace Ventura
Airplane
Aliens
American History X
American Psycho
Anchorman
Army of Darkness

We'll give it a couple of days to be certain everyone has a crack at the list. Once we've established a new master list, I will fill the brackets by random draw and the matchups will begin.

As much as I love Christmas Vacation, not a guys movie. I would switch it out for Brotherhood of the Wolf (Monica Belluci naked + martial arts)

Pick one, and let me know which movie off the list to replace it with.

I would remove Cable Guy and replace it with Young Frankenstein

It's hard to find movies to take out ... but it seems that Supertroopers should be included ..... quotable lines, goofy action, boobs, drug & sex references

I also like that there are some goofy movies on there as well

Seems like there should be more Mel Brooks - The Princess Bride or History of the World (pt 1)

If anyone is looking for a movie to add on may I suggest Raiders of the Lost Ark, Major League or Silverado. I've already used up my choice.

Saving Private Ryan is hardly a popcorn flick, at least the way I think of the term, and Lethal Weapon (I) is a definite must. But so is Terminator I. (Although I was very tempted to pull This is Spinal Tap -- boring flick - for Major League.)

Well then, what about Hard Boiled or The Bride With White Hair or a Better Tomorrow or Once A Thief or ......? Maybe we need to have a separate Kumite for non-Hollywood popcorn flicks?
