The Cardinals obviously want more big plays out of their running game. I don't know that this means the end for Wells, it is just an opportunity to get more dynamic on offense. I think that Hightower has fumbled his way out of Arizona eventhough he has shown more that Wells.

Then they might want to start running the ball more.

I think that Beannie or Timmy will be gone come the beginning of the season (whenever THAT turns out to be). Isn't Timmy a restricted free agent? Not that that matters all that much this year with the lockout.

But the Cards got a bunch of big plays out of their running game. What they couldn't get were a bunch of small plays.

They got the 10,15,20,80 yard runs but they were far too often followed by a succession of, -2,-1,0 and 1 yard runs. The 3 and 4 yard carries just weren't there on a consistent basis.

I mean the Cards lost games 41-7 and 45-14 where they had an 80 yard TD run and a 70 yard TD run respectively in the FIRST HALF!!!!!!
