I know it's a completely whacky stupid idea, but if I was going to trade for a guy for this team, he's the guy who can run what we do better than anyone else we could get for any reasonable price.
He's got no stats to cause him to cost a fortune, he's exactly the type of player that would be able to pass accurately enough to get our WR's the ball as close to what Kurt did as you'll find in any player we can get to and he's had two years of NFL training camps in a offense much like ours.
We're not going to take a high QB in the draft, maybe we should but we won't and we don't have a ton of picks to give.
Trade them a player, and a pick or just a pick a 3rd rounder and a decent player might do it.
That's about all we can afford if we're not shooting the moon here for a great player like Luck.
I'd be cool with him with Skelton as a backup, but it'd be a risky move that I'm sure I'll get blasted for, I still believe it'd work though.
