TORONTO - Trent Grisham limped off the Rogers Centre turf in Friday's sixth inning, replaced by pinch-runner Max Schuemann.

According to the Yankees, Grisham is dealing with tightness to his right hamstring.

It's the latest injury scare for a Yankees outfielder, and it comes at a time when Grisham is in one of his most productive stretches.

Including Friday, Grisham has hit safely in 16 of his last 19 games since May 19, batting .370 during that span.

After lashing a two-out, two-run single to cut the Blue Jays' lead to 7-5, Grisham successfully (but narrowly) took second base on the throw home.

While the play was under video review, manager Aaron Boone and athletic trainer Tim Lentych visited Grisham, who walked slowly around the second base area before exiting the game.

Switch-hitting outfielder Jasson Dominguez (left shoulder strain) continued his minor league rehab on Friday, with Boone suggesting earlier Friday that Dominguez's status would be reassessed after Saturday's game.

Dominguez has been starting games recently in right field, a new position for him, due to the absence of Yankees' captain Aaron Judge, who'll miss a significant amount of time with a stress fracture of his first right rib.
