i see us barely missing the play in but it would be niceSummary: ESPN's simulation of the season has us as the #9 seed, but don't get out of the play-in.
If we make the play-in, I see Book going nuclear to win a couple games. Then we probably get killed number 8 seed versus 1.Summary: ESPN's simulation of the season has us as the #9 seed, but don't get out of the play-in.

Agree. If the Suns somehow manage to just miss the playoffs, that will be an enormously successful year.I would consider that a huge success.

We're getting way ahead of ourselves but if we were to get the sixth seed, I'd expect us to win at least one game if not two.I still think we get in as a six seed. Do we win a game in the playoffs? I don’t think so. That’s where my kool aid drinking stops.
I think this team going to play balls to the wall this season. They will play hard each game. We're getting way ahead of ourselves but if we were to get the sixth seed, I'd expect us to win at least one game if not two.

Unfortunately I think they run out of gas when the post season starts.
I don't approve of this sort of behavior. Play to win, always, but only with healthy players. Not like the Redskins broke that talented QB RG3 or something. The Celtics are tanking next season. They are going to tank to an extent that the 97 Spurs would blush. White will likely get traded, Brown is probably going to miss 30+ games with "soreness".
I can't blame em, they can keep their young duo, load up on assets and get the most out of a hopeless season.
I agree but the Spurs are experts at losing to win and it has worked out unbelievably well for themselves. First David Robinson and Tim Duncan and now Wemby. As I've heard said in baseball, if you ain't cheating, you ain't trying.I don't approve of this sort of behavior. Play to win, always, but only with healthy players. dunn is morphing into dennis rodman which is great but he needs to keep shooting 3s and slashing to the bucketI agree but the Spurs are experts at losing to win and it has worked out unbelievably well for themselves. Suns have put themselves in a predicament with Book in his prime and having given away all their draft picks. They might as well play as well as they can but I wouldn't mind at all if they went with a youth movement and just started playing Fleming and Maluach a bunch. And I don't think Dunn is getting enough time as it is. I'd rather he had an additional 10 minutes a game. Offense be damned.

However, he's doubled his rebounding rate so far. Especially on the offensive end. So that's good.Dunn has been his own worst enemy this year. He's fouling a lot and he's been way too tentative. I expect he'll find his groove but he needs to get his head right and confidence.
