For the third time in the last four years, the Wimbledon women's trophy will be raised by Czech hands as Karolina Muchova and Linda Noskova contest the final.
At 21, Noskova is playing in her first grand slam final where she becomes the youngest to make an appearance in the showpiece since 2014.
Muchova, 29, has more experience and has already made a grand slam final before; losing to Poland’s Iga Swiatek at the 2023 French Open.
The pair have only met once previously; winning via a three-set comeback, during a third-round tussle at the 2025 U.S. Open.
