The 2026 offseason saw many changes within the Tennessee Titans organization. The entire coaching staff was overhauled, except for retaining John "Bones" Fassel. New head coach Robert Saleh was instrumental in hiring both offensive coordinator Brian Daboll and defensive coordinator Gus Bradley, and together with the scouting department, came up with a fantastic offseason plan.
One of the things the new coaching staff worked on during the offseason was the Titans' offensive line. They signed five offensive linemen during the offseason (and extended another), including center Austin Schlottmann and right guard Cordell Volson. As it stands, the projected starters are (from left to right) Dan Moore Jr., Peter Skoronski, Schlottmann, Volson, and J.C. Latham.
With the changes they made, where does the Titans' offensive line rank among NFL teams? Fantasy Points' Scott DiBenedetto recently ranked all 32 NFL teams' offensive lines heading into 2026, and the Titans came in at 27. DiBenedetto writes, in part:
Ahead of the 2025 season, DiBenedetto ranked the Titans' offensive line 24th. This season, even with the changes they made, he ranked them lower, and maybe that's because of the impact offensive line changes have on a quarterback. We don't know how this unit will perform together this fall.
Schlottmann played under Daboll with the New York Giants for two seasons and knows his offense. He's a veteran center who provides stability along the line and allows the other players to remain in their natural positions. Latham, Moore, and Skoronski are all returning. Volson spent 2025 on the bench with a shoulder injury, but before that, he started 48 games for the Cincinnati Bengals in three seasons.
Regardless of where the Titans' offensive line ranks in the league, there is no question it will improve in 2026.

The returners are LT Dan Moore, LG Pete Skoronski, and RT J.C. Latham. Skoronski was clearly the best of the group in both phases, with Latham adding quality to the run game and Moore being capable, albeit not outstanding. These three will have to be solid for Cam Ward as they, along with the two new starters, learn Daboll’s system.
The new guys are C Austin Schlottmann and RG Cordell Volson, who come over from the Giants and Bengals, respectively. Schlottmann put together a quality season on limited reps in both phases for New York, but Volson is coming off a preseason shoulder injury and didn’t play at all in 2025.
There are a lot of moving parts for Ward to get used to, and he’ll have to rely on his offensive line picking things up quickly. I think this unit ends up in the middle of the pack, but Daboll should make the Titans more exciting to watch on offense.
