AUBURN — Whatever the circumstance of late, Auburn baseball has handled it. Winners in 13 of their last 18 games, the Tigers have faced ranked competition a dozen times in that span, and 11 of those contests were away from home.
It's the bulk of a stretch that includes six consecutive series victories for Auburn, which is the longest streak the program has had in a single season since 1995. It's also shaping up nicely for the Tigers to host a regional for the fourth time in the past five seasons, as well as their second consecutive national seed.
