The Dallas Cowboys are almost ready to take the field in Southern California.
The team will officially open its 2026 training camp on Wednesday, July 29 in Oxnard, California. Training camp will be a pivotal step for the Cowboys, as they will get a chance to find their rhythm and test their skills against other NFL squads.
Here's what you should know about Cowboys training camp this year:

Wed., July 29: First practice, 1:45 p.m.
Sat., Aug. 1: Opening Ceremony-Cowboys Back Together Saturday, 1:15 p.m.
Mon., Aug. 3: First padded practice, 1:45 p.m.
Thurs., Aug. 6: Heroes Appreciation Day, 1:45 p.m.
Tues., Aug. 11: Joint practice at the Los Angeles Rams (Time is TBD) @ Rams Village in the Warner Center in Woodland Hills
Tues., Aug. 18: Joint practice in Oxnard vs. New Orleans Saints (4:00 p.m.) (last open practice for fans)
