Georgia baseball is set to play in the NCAA Athens Regional final.

Its opponent will be determined Sunday when Boston College and Liberty meet for the second time this weekend in an elimination game.

Georgia (48-12) gets the winner at 5 p.m., needing just one win to wrap up a trip to the Super Regionals. Boston College or Liberty would need to beat Georgia to force another game on Monday in the double-elimination format.

Georgia cruised to an 18-2 win against Long Island and beat Liberty 6-2 to move into the region finals.

The Bulldogs seem likely to start righty Caden Aoki in their third game of the weekend, but coach Wes Johnson said that decision will be made when the Bulldogs know their opponent.
