I consider this a Win, Win game.
1. We beat the Rams and finish the season on a three game winning streak. End up with about the 13th pick in the Draft.
2. We lose, but are playing w/o our starting QB, or with our starting QB, who is not 100% healthy. We end up with the #6 pick.

I call that Win, Win.

There is a world where we stay at 9 win or lose. The only thing guaranteed is that we can't get a better pick if we win and we can't get a worse pick if we lose. A win would likely drop us no higher than 11 and a loss likely brings us no higher than 7.
