There were plenty of tremendous performances last week in the Central Mass. girls' lacrosse season, and Jim Wilson found some of the best of them for readers to vote on to decide the Hometeam Girls' Lacrosse Player of the Week.

Congratulations to Tantasqua's Tess Alexander for taking the top spot in last week's poll, recording 111 votes (46.6 percent) to top St. Bernard's Grace Comeau (45 votes) and Wachusett's Evelyn White (34 votes) for the honor.

These picks were selected from performances reported by area coaches to the Hometeam Scoreboard. Coaches or administrators are encouraged to report game results and highlights each night by calling the T&G sports desk at 508-793-9350 or emailing [email protected].

Tess Alexander, Tantasqua​

Alexander had a goal and dished out seven assists as the Warriors fell to Marblehead, 15-12, in a Division 2 playoff game.

Aubrey Christian, Nashoba​

Christian had six goals as the Wolves rolled over Wilmington, 17-5, in the Division 3 playoffs.

Jillian Dionne, Lunenburg​

Dionne scored five goals as the Blue Knights thumped Mashpee, 20-8, in a Division 4 first round game.

Makenzie Gage, Westborough​

Gage had five goals and also had two assists and a pair of draw controls as the Rangers defeated Burlington, 17-6, in the Division 2 first round. Gage also had five goals as Westborough thumped Dartmouth, 14-3, in the second round.

Kenley Gustafson, Tyngsborough​

Gustafson's hat trick helped the Tigers defeat Rockland, 14-8, in the Division 4 playoffs.

Liv Kearns, Tantasqua​

Kearns had four goals as the Warriors were defeated, 15-12, by Marblehead in a Division 2 preliminary game.

Regan Kittredge, Westborough​

Kittredge had five goals and an assist and also recorded 10 draw controls as the Rangers topped Burlington, 17-6, in the Division 2 playoffs.

Emma Kokocinski, Shepherd Hill​

Kokocinski recorded five goals and three assists as the Rams downed Whitman-Hanson, 16-10, in a Division 2 preliminary game.

Addie McGrath, Grafton​

McGrath led the way with six goals and three assists as the Gators dispached Barnstable, 14-5, in the Division 2 first round.

Mayah Philion, Shepherd Hill​

Philion had nine goals and three assists to power the Rams to a 16-10 win over Whitman-Hanson in the Division 2 preliminary round.

Caroline Pinto, Nashoba​

Pinto tallied five times to reach the 100-goal mark for the season as the Wolves topped Wilmington, 17-5, in the first round of the Division 3 tournament. Pinto followed that up with three goals and three assists as Nashoba edged Swampscott, 9-8, in the second round.

Elly Schofer, Northbridge​

Schofer had four goals and reached the 250-point milestone for her career, but the Rams were topped by Mt. Greylock, 19-11, in a Division 4 playoff game.

Elaina Sokol, Lunenburg​

Sokol had five goals and six assists to power the Blue Knights to a 20-8 win over Mashpee in the Division 4 playoffs.

Hanna Wicks, Bromfield School​

Wicks had five goals and two assists as the Trojans defeated Triton, 17-13, in the first round of the Division 4 playoffs.

Kate Wicks, Bromfield School​

Wicks had six goals and three assists to put her over 100 goals for her career as the Trojans topped Triton, 17-13. in the Division 4 first round.

Brooke Willar, Grafton​

Willar had a goal and three assists to help her reach the 200-point milestone for her career as the Gators downed Barnstable, 14-5, in the Division 2 playoffs.

Maggie Van Sickle, Lunenburg​

Van Sickle went off for eight goals and 17 draw controls as the Blue Knights rolled over Mashpee, 20-8, in a Division 4 playoff game.
