There were plenty of tremendous performances last week in the Central Mass. girls' lacrosse season, and Jim Wilson found some of the best of them for readers to vote on to decide the Hometeam Girls' Lacrosse Player of the Week.

Congratulations to Notre Dame's Kat Nicopolous for taking the top spot in last week's poll, recording 4,345 votes votes (51 percent) to top Wachusett's Evelyn White (2,646 votes) for the honor.

These picks were selected from performances reported by area coaches to the Hometeam Scoreboard. Coaches or administrators are encouraged to report game results and highlights each night by calling the T&G sports desk at 508-793-9350 or emailing [email protected].
