Kaukauna baseball was the May team of the month. The Ghosts received 719 of the 1,694 total votes.

The Lightning advanced to the state tournament for the first time since 2018 with a 9-8 victory over Kimberly in a Division 1 sectional final. North beat Stevens Point 10-3 in the state quarterfinals before losing to Muskego 6-2 in the semifinals. The Lightning finished the season with a 20-8 record.
The Foxes won the first WIAA state title in program history with a 9-1 victory over Pewaukee in the Division 2 championship game. They advanced to the title game with an 8-0 semifinal win over Beloit Turner. FVL, which was the No. 3 seed at state, finished the season with a 26-3 record.
The Ghosts advanced to the state tournament for the first time since 1954 and won the first state title for the program since 1953 with an 11-5 victory over Madison Memorial in the Division 1 championship game. Kaukauna defeated River Falls 4-1 in the quarterfinals and beat Nicolet 7-1 in the semifinals. The Ghosts finished the season with a 24-7 record.
Kimberly advanced to the state tournament for the third year in a row and for the fifth time overall with a 1-0 victory over Wausau West in a Division 1 sectional final. The Papermakers lost to eventual state champion Divine Savior Holy Angels 3-0 in the state semifinals and finished the season with a 22-2 record.
The Rockets finished in second place at the Division 1 state track and field championships in La Crosse with 42 points, behind three-time state champion Hartland Arrowhead. Emma Severson won the shot put and the discus throw state titles, while Celia Gentile was second in the long jump and the triple jump.
The Wolves won the Division 2 state championship at University Ridge over Madison Edgewood on the first playoff hole. After finishing regulation tied with Edgewood at 620, the Wolves brought home their first state golf title in their seventh overall appearance. Senior Austin Dobbe led Winneconne individuals by tying for fourth place.
The Wolves won their first boys track and field state title by scoring 71.5 points to easily outdistance Monroe, which had 34. Senior Grant Wenzelow won the individual title in the 800 meters and was second in the 1,600. Senior Trey Zemke won the pole vault, and senior Hudson Samolinski won the shot put and was second in the discus throw.
The Hawks advanced to the Division 4 state championship game as the No. 1 seed before losing to The Prairie School in the title game. It was their 13th trip to the WIAA state tournament. Xavier, which won the Bay Conference title and advanced to state with a 2-0 victory over Howards Grove in the sectional final, finished the season with a 22-2 record.
