It appears that the Denver Broncos will not lose Vance Joseph to another club this offseason.
The Las Vegas Raiders plan to hire Seattle Seahawks offensive coordinator Klint Kubiak as their new head coach, according to multiple reports. Because Kubiak and the Seahawks are set to play in the Super Bowl next Sunday, the Raiders can't make the hire official until Feb. 9.
The Arizona Cardinals, meanwhile, are hiring Los Angeles Rams offensive coordinator Mike LaFleur as their new head coach. That news is already official as Arizona has made an official announcement. Now, all ten of the league's head coach openings have been filled.
Joseph now appears poised to remain in Denver as the team's defensive coordinator. It's an unfortunate development for Joseph, but good news for the Broncos — especially after Jim Leonhard left the team to join the Buffalo Bills as a defensive coordinator.
Sean Payton has several coaching staff positions to fill in 2026, but DC isn't among them.
