New Las Vegas Raiders head coach Klint Kubiak continues to add former Denver Broncos coaches.
The latest addition is new quarterbacks coach Mike Sullivan, who held that same role in Denver in 2018. Sullivan now reunites with Kubiak, who was an offensive assistant with the Broncos from 2016-2018 and the team's passing game coordinator/quarterbacks coach in 2022.
Since taking the Raiders job, Kubiak has hired ex-Denver wide receivers coach Zach Azzanni (2018-2022), assistant head coach Mike McCoy (2009-2012; 2017), special teams coordinator Joe DeCamillis (1991-1992; 2015-2016) and offensive line coach Rick Dennison (1995-2009; 2015-2016).
Kubiak also retained ex-Denver defensive coordinator Joe Woods (2015-2018) as his pass game coordinator. Las Vegas' front office is led by general manager John Spytek (a former Broncos scout), executive Mark Thewes (who worked in Denver from 2009-2025) and assistant GM Brian Stark (who spent 13 years with the Broncos).
Clearly, Kubiak wants to bring some of Denver's success to Las Vegas.
