Alex Pereira once again is chasing UFC history, and some even think GOAT status is on the line.
UFC Freedom 250 (Paramount+) takes place Sunday at the White House in Washington. There are two titles at stake at the top of the card, and Pereira has a chance to become the first three-division champion in UFC history.
Pereira (13-3 MMA, 10-2 UFC) is a former middleweight and light heavyweight champion. In fact, he vacated the 205-pound title so he could move up to heavyweight for a chance at a third belt – and immortality, for lack of a better term. He takes on Gane (13-2 MMA, 10-2 UFC) for the interim heavyweight belt in the co-main event while champ Tom Aspinall remains on the sidelines.
Ahead of his shot at an unprecedented third title – which UFC CEO Dana White contends will make him the mythical MMA GOAT over his current pick for that opinion-based title, Jon Jones – take a look at every one of Pereira's UFC knockouts in the video above.
